If you purchase an e-book, a PDF of the book will be sent to the registered email address as soon as payment is confirmed. The link will be available for 30 days. If you didn't receive a digital product, please check if it's in the spam box or send an e-mail to anapeppercomics@gmail.com.

 

Refund requests will only be approved in cases of non-receipt of the product or a defective product. The buyer may also request to resend the e-book if it is not received, whether due to an operational failure on Wix's part or a registration error, without altering the payment, if they prefer. The response to the request usually comes within 1 business day.
